I was readinig Exodus 34:29-35 today and it talked about how Moses spent time in God's presence and when he came down from the Mt. side he had a radient glow to his skin on his face. How cool is that, I mean Moses was speaking with God and then his face started glowing. I want that Gift. Really though can people tell when you ahve been in God's presence? There are times through out my day when I have not taken the time i need with God yet, that I know I'm not glowing. People can tell if you really love God or not just by your attitude, your reactions you have towards others or situations. People can tell if you are glowing or not.
Being in God's presence changes us. When we spend time with God, we can find love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. These attributes are found in Jesus Christ, who is God in the flesh. We should, therefore, radiate these same characteristics when we spend time with Jesus. We are not only changed inside, but people around us should see a difference. People should never have to ask if we know the Lord Jesus. It should be evident to everyone by the way we appear.
